Terms & Conditions – Easy Tourist in Nepal & India
Welcome to Easy Tourist in Nepal & India. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any tour or travel service with us.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected package.
- Payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.
- The balance payment must be made before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by travelers must be communicated in writing.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the cancellation timeline:
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- No refunds for unused services, missed departures, or voluntary tour changes.
- If Easy Tourist cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative tour option will be provided.
3. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
- Easy Tourist is not responsible for denied entry or penalties due to improper documentation.
4. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other risks.
- Easy Tourist is not liable for any financial loss due to lack of insurance coverage.
5. Health & Safety
- Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
- We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the trip.
- Compliance with local laws, customs, and safety guidelines is mandatory.
6. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
- Easy Tourist reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, political situations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for trip delays, cancellations, or losses caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure).
7. Conduct & Behavior
- Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local cultures, guides, and fellow travelers.
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
8. Liability & Limitations
- Easy Tourist acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
- We are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booked travel package.
9. Complaints & Disputes
- Any complaints should be reported to our support team during the trip for immediate resolution.
- Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or as per applicable local laws.
10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
- Easy Tourist reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
